Obtaining

The party will receive it after returning to the Last Resort and revisiting Mr. Jawsum on the last day of the Omori route.
The process to obtain it is slightly more complicated on the console ports: Bossman Hero will have to be fought immediately afterwards.
Usage
Omori can feed it to Humphrey to settle Sweetheart's one million clam debt, allowing Omori and his friends to reenter his body. This is a requirement for accessing some end-game content, such as the battle against Mutantheart and Perfectheart, as well as partaking in the Boss Rush.
