143 is a mysterious number scattered across OMORI. It appears in various places, such as: Black Space, and in the Something (enemy) fight.
Appearances

Appearance | Description |

Something in the Dark | If you continue attacking Something in the Dark 10 turns after you learn how to Calm Down, it deals exactly 143 damage. |
Something (enemy) | In the hanging Mari phase of this fight, Something deals 143 damage for every attack. |
Overcome | There are two versions of the Overcome skill seen in the Something fight. Both of them have something to do with 143. The two of them will be listed below. |
Unused version | There is an unused version of the Overcome skill. The description of this skill is "Deal big damage to an enemy". When you use the skill, it deals 143 damage. |
Used | If a damage formula is enabled, it is shown that the Overcome skill also deals exactly 143 damage. But you cannot see this in-game because the battle ends right when Sunny opens his eyes. |
