Butt certificate is a important item in OMORI.
Description
Proof Aubrey has a hard head.
Obtaining
Obtained after completing the Berly's Lost Ball quest, as well as a new skill for Aubrey called "Headbutt".
Usage
It's possible to use this item outside of battle, which will bring up the image below, other than that, completing the quest before going to Otherworld for the first time will change the cutscene after the stairs as well as rewarding the player with the "So majestic... so beautiful..." achievement once the they arrive there.
