Mystery Potion is a toy in OMORI. This item can only be used on the main menu and it's not consumed when used, its effects will only show up while within the water and outside of bathrooms.
When used, Omori's sprite will change for the female Omori version, even allowing him to enter the woman's bathroom in the casino area, the mystery potion will not work on any other member, lastly, it also cannot be used while inside the bathroom.

Description

A questionable potion made for Omori. Can only be used underwater.

Obtaining

Mystery Potion can be acquired by completing the Medusa's Experiment quest.
