Poetry book is a toy in OMORI. When used in battle, it will turn a friend or foe sad, and can also be used to advance the sadness of friends.

Sad words strung together.
Obtaining
Poetry books can be acquired in different ways:
- As a possible reward for defeating Squizzard.
- When interacting with Skull Crusher while Hero is tagged at the Underwater Highway.
- When opening watermelons scattered all over Headspace.
- In the Vast Forest.
- In the Junkyard.
