Obtaining
The Mailbox right beside the entrance to the Last Resort will offer it for 5000 
upon interacting with it for the first time. Rejecting the offer will result in the Mailbox lowering the price, until it eventually gives you it for free.
Location of the mailbox where Omori and his friends can buy it.
Trivia
- This weapon can later be upgraded into the Cool Noodle during the "Call of inspiration" quest.
- Along with the Sweetheart Bust, it is the only weapon in the game that reduces the wielder's speed when equipped.
