Obtained after giving Rosa the Blackmail.
Usage
Giving this item back to Pessi completes the quest "Pessi's Thing" and rewards with the Sweetheart Bust.
This item can also be used in the inventory, which shows the image at the side.
Trivia
This same image can also be found when interacting with one of the bookshelves within the gradmas' house in the Orange Oasis, but the party will put it back in its place shortly after viewing it.
