Hot Dog can be acquired in different ways:

• One of the possible rewards from petting the Shadow Dog.
• When opening watermelons scattered all over Headspace:

• In the Junkyard.

• Being bought in various shops around headspace:

• Picked up after the Experiment 667 chase inside of Humphrey, if the party does not help Big Molio.
• If the party helps Big Molio, he will reward the party with two hot dogs when being interacted within the Sprout Mole Colony.
