Obtaining
The Mailbox right beside the entrance to the Last Resort will offer it for 5000 Clams upon interacting with it for the first time. This offer can be rejected several times, lowering the price slightly each offer. After rejecting this offer often enough the price will lower to 0.

- This weapon can later be exchanged for a Cool Noodle during the quest "Call of inspiration".
