Mincy can be found in the park near the swings.

Day 1 Sunset

Mincy can be found near the produce section in Othermart after being talked to once.

Day 2 Morning

Mincy can be found in the candy shop section of Othermart after being talked to twice.

Day 2 Sunset

Mincy can be found in the garden section of Fix-It after being talked to thrice.

Day 3 Morning

Mincy can be found in the church after being talked to four times.

Day 3 Sunset

Mincy can be found a final time near the swings in the park after being talked to five times.

Rewards

The reward is the small sketch and the flower in the Hospital.
