Return to Red Glasses Lady.
Obtaining
Found in the "other street" of Faraway Town after accepting the quest "Missing Shears" from the Red Glasses Lady, just on the way to her home.
Usage
Giving it back to the lady completes her quest and rewards with the flower in the Hospital.
