Body Pillow is a weapon in OMORI. Only Aubrey can use it, and it grants her +10 health and +8 attack.

Life-sized and huggable, yet suspicious.
Obtaining
It can be found by sleeping in Sweetheart's bed in her castle. Like all items inside the castle, it will become unavailable if Omori obtains the Keeper of the Castle's power.

Trivia
- The Sweetheart body pillow was sold as a real item at one point on Omocat's website, but has since been taken off sale. Just the pillow cover itself costed $80 USD.
