Obtaining

Obtained from the Elder Mole after waking up his son using a Big Airhorn during the quest "B.E.D".

Usage

This item's used to finish the quest from above, giving it to the Shady Mole rewards the player with the Blackmail needed to convince Rosa to give back Pessi's Thing for the quest of the same name, "Pessi's Thing".
