Obtained after defeating the Sprout Moles in the Stump entrance during the start of the second night after talking to Mari in the Forest Playground.
Usage
This item grants access to "Sweetheart's Quest for Hearts" show during the story, and it's theoretically needed for that, however, the game never checks if the item's present or not, so it's never really used.
