Shark Plane is a creature that can be found in Otherworld, specifically at the Junkyard and Cattail Fields. While being chased by an Shark Plane, if the player decides to stop before the creature reach it, it will stop and hover at the top of the leading party member's head, it will only start battle when the player moves, this behaviour's exclusive to flying creatures, like U.F.O. and Snot Bubble.

Battle

Shark Plane has 300 HP.png heart, 150 MP.png juice, 16 attack, 7 defense, 20 speed and 10 luck. Like most enemies, will behave differently according to its emotion:

40% chance of 'overclock engine', increasing its speed and turning it angry.

Else, it will 'chomp' a party member, dealing damage. Observe.png

Happy Shark Plane
45% chance of doing a normal attack.

25% chance of doing nothing.

50% chance of 'overclock engine', increasing its speed and turning it angry.

Else, it will 'chomp' a party member, dealing damage. Observe.png

Sad Shark Plane
30% chance of doing a normal attack.

50% chance of doing nothing.

25% chance of 'overclock engine', increasing its speed and turning it angry.

Else, it will 'chomp' a party member, dealing damage. Observe.png

Angry Shark Plane
60% chance of doing a normal attack.

20% chance of doing nothing.

Else, it will 'chomp' a party member, dealing damage. Observe.png

Formulas

Skills that can be used when observe is used against the target are marked with Observe.png.

Attack: [2 * a.atk - b.def], this attack will never hit right in the heart.

Overclock Engines: Turns the user angry and increase its speed by one tier.

Chomp: different formulas according to emotion: Observe.png

  • Angry: [3 * a.atk].
  • Neutral/sad/happy: [3 * a.atk - b.def].

Additionally, this attack will never hit right in the heart.

  • Like with all the enemies found in the Junkyard, at the beginning of the battle Kel will look for itens in the trash, obtaining one of various possible itens, like cans, tofu, rubber bands, chocolate and cherry soda. Of course, this interaction will only appear when fought in the Junkyard.
