Upon finding the Weeping Willow by throwing a coin into the water. She'll be upset, you are then tasked with making her laugh.

To solve this Quest, you have grab the Joke Book near the lake and then learn the construction site joke in the Underwater Highway, then go to the Weeping Willow and tell her that Joke as Hero.
