Knife is a Weapon in OMORI. Once obtained, Omori will automatically equip it. It cannot be unequipped.

It is automatically replaced with the Dull Knife once Sunny conquers his thalassophobia.

A pretty sharp knife.
It’s been used a few times.

The Shiny Knife will automatically turn into the Knife once the Two Days Left dream begins.

The Dull, Red or Rusty Knife will be downgraded to the Knife if the Red Room is visited from the Mari is home event. This is likely a glitch or an oversight.
