There are several endings found in Omori. This page details them all.
True Route
All these endings are determined by the outcome Omori fight.
Good Ending
If Sunny chooses to keep going after being struck down by Omori, he will gain the resolve to play his duet with Mari for the last time. Sunny then absorbs Omori and wakes up in reality, where he seeks his friends and confesses the truth behind Mari's death.
Bad Ending
If Sunny gives up against Omori, Omori will absorb him and hijack his body, before returning to White Space. He prepares to go out on another adventure with his friends, while in reality, Sunny commits suicide by jumping off of the hospital balcony.
Secret Flower Ending
If Omori happens to water the flowers between the start of the Last Resort arc, but before entering [[Humphrey], an additional cutscene will play after the Good Ending.
In this cutscene, Sunny and Basil, alone in their hospital room, smile at each other as their Something fade away.

Suicide Ending
True Route
If Sunny grabbed a knife before going to sleep then he will stab himself after visiting White Space and waking up again. A phone can be heard ringing after he does so.
Hikikomori Route
On moving day, Sunny can stab himself anytime while in his house. A phone can be heard ringing after he does so.
Abandon
Sunny goes outside and finds his mother's car. Something is following him. As he enters his mother's car, Something fades. Sirens can be heard in the background while he is driving away.
Note
Something simply fades. It could be that it is following Sunny forever or it is being left behind.
