Sprout Mole Masks are an important item in OMORI.

Masks made of Sprout Moles.

Obtaining

Obtained after defeating King Crawler at the end of the Pyrefly Forest.

Usage

Albeit the item is not really used, it is using them that the party disguises as sprout moles while within Sweetheart's Castle on the first time the party visits it.
While using it, the castle's guards won't chase them, but still enter in combat if touched by the party, after the encounter with Sweetheart they will take the masks off and never put them again.

Trivia

• There is a sprout Mole within the castle that will have different interactions based on which party member is talking to it, referring to the original owner of the "masks":
