Dear Little Brother... is the 92nd track in the official soundtrack of OMORI. It plays during the segment with Mari as a spirit after Sunny jumps into the lake on the True Route, or falls asleep in the bathtub on the Neutral Route. It also plays after entering Black Space for the first time, ending when the player reaches Mari's coffin.

Dear Little Brother features Mari's theme, but uses only the right hand part of By Your Side. It is also played an octave higher and at a much slower tempo.
Trivia
- Due to its title, this track is often associated with Omori's encounter with Mari in her spirit form at the beginning of the Headspace segment in Two Days Left, but it doesn't play then.
