Fin is the 179th and final track in the official soundtrack of OMORI. It plays during the secret cutscene during the good ending, where Sunny and Basil look at each other and smile as their Somethings disappear.
Description
The track features quiet hospital ambience, including talking, a monitor beeping, doors closing and opening, a bark and a door bell ringing. It is the track with the most realistic soundscape in the game, underscoring how the ending can only be achieved through actively choosing to live in reality.
