Dial-Up

Dial-Up is an enemy that can be found in the Junkyard.

Like with all the enemies found in the Junkyard, at the beginning of the battle Kel will look for items in the trash, obtaining one of the following possible items: can, tofu, rubber band, chocolates or cherry soda.
This enemy is possibly based around the "AOL Dial-Up" online service, due to how it's named as "Dial-Up" and one of its skills slowing down everyone in the battle.
