Rusty Knife is a Weapon in OMORI. It is exclusive to the Omori route. Once obtained, Omori will automatically equip it. It cannot be unequipped.
If Abbi is defeated and spared, it can be upgraded to the Red Knife, Omori's strongest weapon.
