Obtained by smashing a Watermelon inside Orange Joe's House, which can be found north of the center of Orange Oasis, in Orange Joe's Cliff, this item will be unobtainable if the party already completed the quest "The Conviction of Orange Joe", as the house layout will change, causing the watermelon to disappear.
