The Scribble Area, internally known as the "Looping Black Field", is a room in Black Space. This room is always the third room Omori will enter.
Overview
This area consists of a very large, looping field filled with strange scribbles. While the map is technically very large, there is extremely little of note on it, apart from the Scribbles. If talked to, the Scribbles will cryptically refer to the game's backstory.
The grey footprints will guide the player to the key, which appears to be guarded by three large, stick-like figures. As with all other rooms, collecting it will prompt red hands to appear and transport Omori back to Black Space.
Quotes

Scribble: "Someone's done this before. Was it you? Was it me? Was it the flower boy?"
Scribble: "If you were lost, where would you go? Somewhere familiar. Somewhere safe, full of good memories. If only there were such a place."
Scribble: "There is nothing here. There is nothing left."
Scribble: "Pitter-patter... pitter-patter..."
Skele: "Dance, skinboy!"
Trivia
- To the east, several bells can be found. Most appear to be broken; only one of them will sound if interacted with.
- All Scribble NPCs share the same dialogue tree; if the dialogue for one Scribble is exhausted, they will all merely repeat "Pitter-patter..."
- Stranger was supposed to appear here as well but would not have spoken.[1]
- This map sometimes is referred to as "Empty Field" in the code.
Cut warp
- Somewhere roughly in the lower left was once a warp that would have brought Omori to the now unused map titled "Funny house", which would further link to the window hallway in the Town Area.
