Brows is shaped as a roundish oval with short hairs springing up from their head, and very thick eyebrows.
Personality
Brows is very loud and energetic and constantly screams when he's interacted with. He constantly moves and will not stop unless he's blocked by Omori or is being talked to.
Story

Brows appears in the prologue at the playground running around Happy playing hopscotch. During the game of hide-and-seek, Brows is found running around a tree. Interacting with him will prompt him to screen and he will be counted as found.

In the Last Resort, Brows can be seen running around a roullette table on the 1st floor.
