Obtaining
Obtained in Medusa's sector of Humphrey, on the waterfall 'ride.' Omori's party will have to ram into the watermelon with their raft as they descend in order to obtain it.
Trivia
- The icon actually depicts the entirety of the large intestine as well as the colon. The appendix is the very small organ seen 'dangling' off of the left end.
- Up until fairly recently, the appendix was considered a vestigial organ, hence the joke of the charm being completely useless.
