Watermelon Area

The Watermelon Area is a room in Black Space. This room is the seventh room the player will enter in Black Space.

Overview

This area is mostly black with some trees and watermelons scattered around. Omori first must get to the right side of the room.
On his way there he will find Basil's Flower crown and then Basil shortly after. He will tell Omori that he's lost and that he is glad that he has found him.

After this he'll start following you. After Omori walks to the end of the room they will be teleported to an area with many watermelons.
Smashing seven watermelons will cause Basil's head to be smashed too. Breaking another one rewards you with the key.

Like in the other rooms, collecting the key will spawn red hands that will teleport you back to the Black Space hub.

Basil: "Is that my Flower Crown? I'm so glad you found it."
Basil: "Let's get out of here... I'll follow your lead!"
Basil: "Growing watermelons here has been fun, but I really miss my flowers back at home... How are they doing? Did you take care of them while I was gone? Hehe..."
Basil: "Watermelons sure are delicious!"
Basil: "We used to cut them up and eat them all the time at the beach! I can still see KEL with those watermelon seeds all over his face, haha..."
Basil: "Summer vacation with friends was the best, wasn't it?"
