Right Arm is an enemy that will be fought along side Pluto during his first optional fight, for his other arm, go to Left Arm.

Grab: [2 * a.atk - b.def], also decrease the speed by one tier, with a 40% damage variation and will never hit right in the heart.

Flex: Multiply the damage of the next damaging skill by 2.5 times.
