Red Knife is a weapon in OMORI. Once obtained, it is automatically equipped to Omori, and cannot be unequipped.

You can see something in the blade.
Obtaining
The Red Knife may be retrieved from Abbi's tentacle in the Torture Room of Sweetheart's Dungeon. Note that this item becomes unavailable if the player kills Abbi or takes the Keeper of the Castle's power.
