Punishment Area

The Punishment Area, otherwise known as "Cat Dissection", is a room in Black Space. This room is the sixth room the player will enter in Black Space.

Overview

This room contains an autopsy table with several tools and Mewo on them and a butler, whose head resembles Mewo.
If the player talks to the Butler, they will be given a key and the option to stab Omori.
Interacting with Mewo on the autopsy table will give the player the option to "cut open" Mewo. Choosing yes will do nothing for seven times, until, at the eight time, Omori will cut open Mewo.

The only way out of this room is to stab Omori.

This room is the only one in which the key doesn't have to be collected and no red hands spawn.

Quotes

If the player talks to the Butler:
Butler: "Mewo has been very, very bad."

After the player has successfully sliced Mewo open:
Butler: "Waiting for something to happen?"

Cut dialogue:
Butler: "If you want a way out..."
Butler: "There always is one... but..."

Trivia

• There once existed a bug that would softlock you in Black Space if you decided to stab Omori before acquiring the key.
