Neighbor Area
The Neighbor Area, otherwise known as "Friends Playground", is a room in Black Space. This room is the twentieth and last room the player will enter in Black Space before they have to enter the red door and with it, the Church Of Something.
Overview
This area resembles the Neighbor's Room. After heading north, Omori stumbles on Basil. After talking for a bit, he'll start to follow Omori.
After they both walk north, Basil spots Hero walking up to a tree. Basil calls out to him but he doesn't respond. Hero then walks north. Basil and Omori follow him.
The surroundings will corrupt the further north they go until they hit a gap in the ground. Red hands then build a bridge out of themselves and Hero is seen walking over them to reach the other side.
Basil then follows him. They then meet their friends. Basil tries to talk with them but they start attacking him. They don't stop until Basil is (presumably) dead.
After Basil dies, a key and several red footprints leading up to said key will spawn.
Like in the other rooms, collecting the key will spawn red hands that will teleport you back to the Black Space hub.

Basil: "Oh... I'm so relieved."
Basil: "I tried finding my way out, but... I kept getting lost over and over."
Basil: "I'm sorry... You must be tired of saving me all the time. Maybe I should have tried harder."
Basil: "Anyway, everything is fine now that you're here. Let's go home!"
Basil: "The whole time I've been here, I've been looking through my Photo album to keep me company."
Basil: "When I was feeling scared, I would look at all our happy memories together. It really helped me keep my hopes up!"
Basil: "I feel like there are some photos missing, but maybe I'm just imagining things..."
Basil: "How are Aubrey, Kel, and Hero anyway? I hope you all didn't worry too much about me. I can't wait to see everyone again!"
Basil: "Hero? Is that you?"
Basil: "Omori! Look it's Hero! You didn't tell me everyone was already here!"
Basil: "Come on! Let's follow him!"
Basil: "Kel! Aubrey! It's so good to see you, guys!"
Basil: "How have you been? Did you miss me? Hehe..."
Basil: "W-Wait... What... What are you guys doing?"
Basil: "Omori-"
