DOWNLOAD WINDOW is a boss found in the JUNKYARD.
Story
After chasing ROSA to the end of the JUNKYARD, the party sees them stationary behind a yellow and black caution line. Crossing the line begins the fight.
Battle
DOWNLOAD WINDOW idles for two turns before releasing a powerful, party-wide attack.
