Red Knife is a Weapon in OMORI. It is Omori's strongest weapon, and can only be obtained on the last day of the Omori route if Abbi is fought and spared.
Once obtained, Omori will automatically replace the Rusty Knife with it. It cannot be unequipped.

You can see something in the blade.
Obtaining
The Red Knife can be retrieved from Abbi's tentacle in the torture room of Sweetheart's Dungeon. If Abbi is killed, or Omori accepts the Keeper of the Castle's power, the knife will become unobtainable.
