It's possible that this version was intended to be found in Headspace, at least in earlier builds. Not does the Seashell Necklace boost the wearer's stats - being one of very few to do so in the real world - it is also listed internally among other Headspace accessories. Notably, an unused version also exists and is also internally stored among the real-world items.
