"Gold" Watch is a charm in OMORI. As the description implies, it's useless in combat, but can be sold for 1000 clams.
Description
Most definitely-probably-not-really
made of gold. Useless in battle.
Obtaining
Obtained in the beginning of the Junkyard, on the map the title-card show up, right in the middle area.
Location of the "Gold" watch's watermelon, it's the blue one.
