The Baby Spider is an unused enemy that was originally meant to be used for Sunny's encounter with Something in the Walls, with even a variant made for the epilogue rematch in the Lost Library.
This enemy mainly appears in the game's prototype, which can be found in the 1.0.0 version of the game.
