Horse head is an enemy found in Sweetheart's Castle, it's always encountered with a Horse Butt. It roams around randomly instead of chasing the player, and will initiate the battle if the player touches it, in addition, after the player runs from combat, it will immediately go back to running around, and can enter in combat again even if it's still "faded".
