Man on fire is an NPC. He can be found running back and forth frantically within a path that leads to the TOAST GRAVEYARD in ORANGE OASIS.
It is possible to interact with him, but it requires timing due to the speed that this character has.
Upon interaction, he will (WIP) and, if answered Yes, the character will give Hero the "Spicy Food" ability before running away once again. After this interaction, it is impossible to talk with him again.
