Rusty Knife is a weapon in OMORI. Once obtained, it is automatically equipped to Omori, and cannot be unequipped.
In the Hikikomori route, this weapon may be replaced with the Red Knife after fighting and sparing Abbi.

Obtaining
The Rusty Knife is exclusive to the Hikikomori route. After Omori saves Sunny from Something on his final day in Faraway, Omori's Dull Knife will turn into the Rusty Knife.
