"Gold" Watch is a charm in OMORI. As the description implies, it's useless in combat, but can be sold for 500 clams.

Obtaining
Obtained at the beginning of the Junkyard, right in the middle area.
Location of the "Gold" watch's watermelon, it's the blue one.
