Shiny Knife is a Weapon in OMORI. Once obtained, Omori will automatically equip it. It cannot be unequipped.
It is replaced with the Knife after Sunny conquers his arachnophobia.

You can see your reflection in the blade.
Obtaining
The Shiny Knife is obtained near the beginning of OMORI, where it falls from nowhere after interacting with all objects in White Space. It must be picked up in order to progress.
