Pet Rock is a charm in OMORI, when Sunny has the pet rock rock equipped, interacting with some specific NPCs allows the player to start a pet rock battle with it.

A pet rock battle consists of a "rock-paper-scissors" game with a limited number of rounds based on the amount of health the pet rock has, the player is pet rock will always have 3 hearts, while some enemy pet rocks have a higher number of hearts.

Whenever the player wins a round, the defeated pet rock will take the damage shown on the "combo meter", the number between the pet rocks' hearts, the combo meter increases its value by 1 whenever subsequent rounds are won, and resets once a draw or a loss occurs, only the player's combo meter will remain on the screen, despite this, the enemy also has his combo meter that follows the same rules as the player's.
