Horse Butt is an enemy found in Sweetheart's Castle, it's always encountered with a Horse Head.

  • When accompanied with either a Marsha, Therese, Lucius or a Harold, their extra dialogues when defeating the player are tied to the Horse Butt, not to themselves, thus allowing them to "level up" while dead as long as the Horse Butt's alive.
