Story

Background

Vance was born to Red-Glasses Lady and Gruff Guy an unspecified amount of time before the game's events. His parents divorced when Kim was still a baby, leaving the two with just their mother.[1]

Sometime after Mari's death, Vance would join Kim in what would become known as the hooligans.

Day 1

Vance first appears at Faraway Park alongside the other hooligans,

Later, during Kel and Sunny's quest to retrieve Basil's photo album, they are directed to the candy shop in Othermart where they find Vance and his sister attempting to shoplifts sweets unsuccessfully leading to them being kicked out by the store's owner. Kel ends up buying candy from the store and uses it in an attempt to bribe the two into telling them where Aubrey is. Kim and Vance challenge the pair to a battle in which if they are defeated they must give up Aubrey's location, otherwise they get to keep the bag of candy. Regardless of the battle's outcome, Kim will reveal that Aubrey is at the Church.

Day 2

During Day 2, Vance can be seen alongside the other hooligans at Gino's.

Vance later appears at the old hang-out spot alongside the other hooligans attempting to kick Basil out. After a brief fight with the group, he and the others leave, leaving Aubrey behind.

Day 3

Following the events of Day 2, Aubrey refuses to leave her house much to the hooligans' concern. Vance can be found outside her house alongside the others, attempting to get her to come out.
