The Tophat Ghost is invisible and wears a purple top hat with a red band, a monocle on left eye and has a moustache.
Personality
Tophat Ghost speaks in a sophisticated way. He acts calm and claims to be a gentleman.
Story
TOPHAT GHOST is found at Ghost Party. Interacting with them will allow the player to accept Ghost Party (Quest).
Interacting with them after the quest is finished gives the player the Top Hat.
