Rotten Milk is a snack in OMORI.

This is bad. Don't drink it. Heals 10 juice + ???

Rotten Milk can be acquired in various ways: WIP

When consumed, Rotten Milk will damage the drinker for 50% of their max heart, even if used outside of battle.

This is the one of the only ways to turn characters into Toast outside of battle. Prune Juice, which also damages the drinker, shares this distinction.
If Omori is knocked out from drinking Rotten Milk or Prune Juice, you will immediately get a Game Over.
