The Fishbowl Area

The Fishbowl Area, internally known as "Fish out of water", is an optional area in Black Space. It is the thirteenth room Omori will visit.

Overview

One of Black Space's most desolate areas, the Fishbowl Area is a very large, gray field with very little of note within. Many silhouettes that strongly resemble a hung Mari float throughout the area. Following the path north will lead to Stranger. When talked to, Stranger will bitterly muse about how Sunny seemingly completely abandoned him "after everything," sadly concluding that he waited for him to come back, although he "never did."

Right next to Stranger is a single fish flopping outside of its fishbowl. If Omori steps on it, he will squish and kill it, making it disappear. Once this happens, running left or right until the world loops will result in Omori seeing a vision of someone laying on the floor with extremely messy hair where the fish was. Interacting with it will make it vanish.

The key lies slightly north of Stranger. As usual, collecting it will prompt red hands to spawn and return Omori to Black Space.

• The haunting music that plays throughout the area, "White Pillars," is the 143th song on the official soundtrack.
