"Daisy's Dilemma" is one of the Quests found in OMORI.
It's completion rewards you with a Daisy (charm).

Story

Daisy is looking for a Flower Puzzle as a gift for her crush. She tasks you with finding one.

Solution

The Flower Puzzle is located in the Junkyard; right below the first Conveyor-bot you'll come across.
Grab it and then talk with Daisy.
