Obtaining
Obtained by smashing a Watermelon inside Orange Joe's House, which can be found north of the center of Orange Oasis, in Orange Joe's Cliff.
Note that this item will become unobtainable if the party completes the quest "The Conviction of Orange Joe" before obtaining it, as the layout of the house will change and the watermelon containing it will vanish.
